Objectives

This year, several objectives were set by the team. First, we want to offer a new range of products that will allow our customers to spend time together after work and school. Second, we aim to offer customers diversified products at a reasonable price. We want to offer quality products that are accessible to everyone. In addition, the team has set itself another goal, to maximize sales during and after the 2021 Fair. We want visitors to take an interest in our products, buy them and share them with their families and/or social networks. For this, customer satisfaction must be an important aspect of our communication strategy. Moreover, some of our products can be used in any season, and let’s not forget the exceptional guarantee that is offered with all products.

Strategies

The communication strategy focuses on the promotion of the Novitek brand. For this fair, the team of the marketing and communication department set itself the mission of attracting many visitors to encourage them to take a virtual tour of our booth. The color of the virtual kiosk and its decor explicitly recall the message of the fair: Together! Stronger! Visitors will have the opportunity to see the products, virtually, and ask questions about these products or their use to our representatives.

For a guaranteed success, it is essential to know the market and the expectations of consumers. It is also important to customize and adapt our offers to the target clientele. In other words, the communication strategy we want to adopt is mainly that of event marketing (fair, fair, kiosk).

Through this strategy, the fair will Kiosk out for its dynamic, welcoming and relaxing character. It will also provide the enormous benefit of arousing curiosity and excitement among target consumers. The goal will be to surprise our customers and increase the frequency of purchase of our Novitek products that are already sold online on the website www.placement.com (online shopping center).

Finally, we want to implement a new promotional strategy at the 2021 Fair. increasing people’s interest in Novitek products, we will offer exclusively during this commercial event a participation in a random draw to obtain exclusive discounts. The terms of participation and the conditions of the draw will be explained in a brochure and on an advertising poster.

Mission

Our main mission is to offer products that can be used by several categories of consumers. We target those who want to spend time with family or simply invite other family members, colleagues, friends, neighbors etc. We want to offer products that are also accessible to low-income people.
