This year, several objectives were set by the team. First, we want to offer a new range of products that will allow our customers to spend time together after work and school. Then, we seek to offer customers diversified products at a reasonable price. We want to offer quality products accessible to everyone. In addition, let us mention that the team has set itself another objective, namely to maximize sales during and after the 2023 Fair. We want visitors to be interested in our products, buy them and tell their family and/or family about them. or in social networks. To achieve this, customer satisfaction must be an important aspect of our communication strategy. Moreover, some of our products can be used in any season, and let's not forget the exceptional guarantee that is offered with all products.
The communication strategy aims above all to promote the Novitek brand. For this fair, the marketing and communications department team has given itself the mission of attracting a large number of visitors to encourage them to take a virtual tour of our booth. The color of the virtual booth as well as its decor explicitly recall the message of the fair: Together! Let's get back on the road! Visitors will have the opportunity to view the products, virtually, and ask questions about these products or their use to our representatives.
For guaranteed success, it is essential to know the market and consumer expectations well. It is also important to personalize and adapt our offers according to the targeted clientele. In other words, the strategy that we want to adopt in terms of communication is mainly that of event marketing (fair, exhibition, kiosk).
Through this strategy, the fair will stand out for its dynamic, welcoming and relaxing character. It will also provide the enormous advantage of arousing curiosity and generating enthusiasm among target consumers. The aim will be to know how to surprise our customers and increase the purchasing frequency of our Novitek products which are already sold online on the site www.placement.com (shopping center).
Finally, we want to implement, during this 2023 Fair, a new promotional strategy. In order to increase people's interest in Novitek products, we will offer, exclusively during this commercial event, participation in a draw to obtain exclusive discounts. The terms of participation as well as the conditions of the draw will be explained in a brochure and on an advertising poster.
Assignment
Our main mission is to offer products that can be used by several categories of consumers. We target those who want to spend time with family or simply invite other members of their family, colleagues, friends, neighbors etc. We want to offer products that are also accessible to people with low incomes.
